LoRaWAN Solar-Powered Chloride Ion Sensor

Product Introduction:

In the durability assessment of concrete structures such as cross sea bridges, offshore wind power, and port terminals, chloride ion erosion is the primary cause of steel corrosion and structural failure. The traditional manual sampling and laboratory testing method has a long cycle, high cost, and cannot achieve continuous early warning. To this end, we have launched the LW115S LoRaWAN solar water quality chloride ion sensor - an in-situ monitoring device that integrates photovoltaic self power supply, low-power LoRaWAN remote transmission, and high-precision ion selection electrodes, truly achieving "no wiring, cloud viewing, and long-term operation".


Core advantages:

  • Energy self-sufficiency, ultra long battery life: Equipped with a built-in 0.88W solar panel and a 3.7V/3400mAh lithium-ion battery, coupled with ultra-low power consumption design, the battery life is ≥ 3 years under normal use; No external power supply required, suitable for scenarios such as bridges without electricity, coastal zones, remote river mouths, etc. (Note: Ion sensors have high power consumption, and it is not recommended to set a too short reporting cycle)
  • Accurate measurement, stable and reliable: using ion selection method, default range is 0~3500.0 mg/L (resolution 0.1mg/L), optional range is 0~35000 mg/L (resolution 1mg/L); The accuracy is ± 5% of the reading, the temperature accuracy is ± 0.3 ℃, and it has Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, suitable for water environments with pH 2-12 and 0-50 ℃.
  • Intelligent interconnection, remote controllability: supports multi band LoRaWAN protocols such as CN470/EU868/US915 (default Class A, switchable Class C), and data is uploaded to the cloud platform through a standard LoRaWAN gateway; It can remotely configure the reporting cycle, perform zero/slope/temperature calibration, and automatically push alarm information when exceeding the standard.
  • Durable and adaptable to complex scenarios: The default electrode wire length is 5 meters (customizable), and installation should maintain a tilt angle of ≥ 15 °. Inverted or horizontal installation is strictly prohibited; The service life of the electrode is about 1 year, and attention should be paid to interferences such as sulfur ions, iodine ions, and bromide ions. Daily maintenance only requires cleaning sensitive membranes and regular calibration, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
