LoRa IoT solar powered calcium ion concentration sensor

Product Introduction:

The LoRaWAN solar calcium ion sensor designed specifically for outdoor water quality monitoring integrates self-sustaining power supply, remote low-power communication, and high-precision calcium ion detection. Long term online automatic analysis of calcium ion concentration in industrial wastewater, surface water, seawater, and aquaculture scenarios can be achieved without the need for external power and signal lines, truly solving practical problems such as difficulty in obtaining electricity, expensive wiring, and troublesome maintenance outdoors.

  • Stable and reliable solar power supply system: Equipped with 0.88W monocrystalline silicon solar panels and 3400mAh lithium-ion batteries, the whole machine has microampere power consumption and a battery life of ≥ 3 years under normal use conditions. Attention: Ion sensors have high power consumption, and it is not recommended to set a too short reporting period (default 30 minutes).
  •  Accurate measurement of calcium ions and temperature: The default measurement range is 0-1000mg/L (switchable 0-1000mg/L), with a resolution of 0.1mg/L and an accuracy of ± 10% or ± 1mg/L of the reading; Built in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, while monitoring water temperature (accuracy ± 0.5 ℃), effectively eliminating environmental temperature interference.
  • Flexible LoRaWAN wireless transmission: supports multiple frequency bands such as CN470/EU868/US915, OTAA Class A mode (default), open transmission distance of several kilometers; Data is directly connected to the gateway/cloud, supporting remote viewing and downstream configuration (such as modifying reporting cycles, calibrating electrodes, etc.).
  • Durable and adaptable to complex water bodies: electrode wire length defaults to 5 meters (customizable), working temperature range of 0-40 ℃, pH range of 4-10; The electrode has a service life of 1-2 years and should be tilted at least 15 ° during installation (not inverted or horizontal). The calibration has been completed at the factory, and daily maintenance only requires regular cleaning of the electrodes. When not in use for a long time, they should be stored dry.
