ZONEWU LoRaWAN Solar Chlorophyll Sensor

Product Introduction:

The solar powered chlorophyll sensor for water quality is a LoRaWAN wireless chlorophyll sensor designed specifically for outdoor water monitoring based on the principle of fluorescence. It adopts fiber optic path and anti light interference filtering algorithm, combined with automatic temperature compensation (Pt1000), which can output high-precision chlorophyll-a concentration, water temperature and battery voltage data in real time, helping users accurately evaluate algal biomass and water eutrophication risk. Overall, the sensor has achieved an integrated design of "solar self maintenance, no mains deployment, and long-distance low-power transmission", completely solving the problems of traditional water quality monitoring equipment relying on the power grid, difficult wiring, and high field maintenance costs.


1. Efficient solar self powered system: Equipped with 0.88W solar panels and 3.7V/3400mAh lithium-ion batteries, it automatically charges on sunny days and supports continuous device operation on rainy days; The sleep power consumption of the whole machine is extremely low, and the battery life under normal use conditions is ≥ 3 years. It does not require an external power source and is suitable for areas without electricity such as reservoirs, lakes, rivers, and nearshore areas.
2. High precision fluorescence method for chlorophyll detection: with a range of 0-400.0 µ g/L, a resolution of 0.1 µ g/L, and an accuracy of ± 3% of the reading (linear R ²=0.999); Built in temperature sensor for real-time compensation, working temperature range of 0-50 ℃, default probe length of 5 meters (customizable), to meet deployment needs at different water depths.
3. LoRaWAN wireless remote transmission and flexible configuration: supports multiple frequency bands such as CN470/EU868/US915, compatible with LoRaWAN 1.0.3 protocol (Class A/C switchable) and LoRa TDMA network architecture; The default reporting cycle is 30 minutes (adjustable range 1-65535 seconds), and the data is uploaded to the cloud platform through a standard protocol, making it convenient for users to remotely view, set threshold alarms, or issue calibration instructions.
4. Durable and easy to install and maintain: When installing the sensor, it needs to be tilted at least 15 degrees (not inverted or horizontal) to avoid interference from bubbles; The probe housing is corrosion-resistant, and it is recommended to perform zero or slope calibration every 6-12 months (using distilled water or standard solution). Daily maintenance only requires cleaning the measurement window and checking the cable, with minimal maintenance workload.
