Product Description

LoRaWAN Solar Blue-Green Algae Sensor

Product Introduction:

This solar powered water quality blue-green algae sensor deeply integrates photovoltaic power generation with high-precision optical sensing, fundamentally solving the key problem of traditional equipment being difficult to operate continuously on site without electricity.Overall, it is not just a monitoring terminal, but also a set of "zero energy consumption, self operation and maintenance, all-weather" unmanned system. It utilizes top efficient monocrystalline silicon solar panels to convert natural light energy into stable electricity. The built-in intelligent power management system ensures stable operation for more than 15 days even in continuous rainy weather, completely eliminating dependence on mains power and complex wiring.

  • In terms of monitoring principle, it uses fluorescence detection technology to accurately infer the density of blue-green algae by stimulating the fluorescence intensity produced by algae chlorophyll in the water with a specific wavelength light source. Compared with traditional manual sampling or chemical analysis methods, this optical method not only avoids the use of toxic reagents, but also achieves second level response and pollution-free online monitoring.
  • In terms of operation and maintenance management, the equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning brush and ultrasonic collaborative cleaning mechanism. Addressing the bottleneck of severe attachment of wild aquatic organisms, the system will drive mechanical brushes to physically scrape the optical window at regular intervals, combined with high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, effectively suppressing the growth of algae and microorganisms on the probe surface, extending the manual maintenance cycle from "week" to "quarter", greatly reducing the operation and maintenance costs of remote sites.
  • In terms of data transmission, it has a built-in 4G Cat.1 (or NB IoT) industrial grade wireless module that supports real-time reporting of key parameters such as water quality data, device voltage, and signal strength to the cloud platform. Users do not need to physically visit the site, they can remotely view the trend of water quality changes through a computer or mobile phone, and automatically receive alarm information when the data exceeds the standard.
  • In terms of environmental adaptability, the whole machine adopts IP68 waterproof and dustproof design, and the shell is made of corrosion-resistant and UV resistant 316L stainless steel material, which can operate stably for a long time in extreme temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃, high humidity, and high salt spray outdoor environments.
