The LoRa water quality chloride ion sensor is based on the principle of electrochemical ion selective detection, integrating Pt1000 temperature compensation, low-power wide voltage power supply, and LoRaWAN spread spectrum communication technology to build a full link technology system from precise detection to long-distance transmission, providing a highly reliable and low-power intelligent solution for water quality chloride ion monitoring.
Based on the ion selective electrode method, the potential response relationship between chloride ion sensitive membrane and chloride ions in solution is utilized to achieve linear detection in the concentration range of 0-2mg/L, with a resolution of 0.001mg/L and an accuracy of ± 5%. The membrane potential is logarithmically linearly correlated with chloride ion concentration, which can be converted into concentration values through circuits. It is suitable for working environments ranging from 0 to 40 ℃ and ≤ 0.2MPa, ensuring detection stability in industrial wastewater, water environment monitoring, and other scenarios.
Built in Pt1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor, real-time collection of environmental temperature (accuracy ± 0.3 ℃), compensating for the interference of temperature on ion activity and electrode potential through algorithms, eliminating concentration detection errors caused by temperature drift from the principle level, ensuring consistency and accuracy of measurement results under different temperature conditions.
Adopting a wide voltage input design (rated 12VDC, compatible with DC10~28V), with a rated input current of only 500mA, suitable for power supply in multiple scenarios such as solar energy and industrial power supply; The standard DC 5.5mm × 2.1mm interface (positive inside and negative outside) enables fast installation, and the low-power circuit design combined with LoRa communication mode provides battery life guarantee for long-term offline monitoring of equipment.
Based on LoRa spread spectrum communication technology, it supports global mainstream frequency bands such as CN470, EU868, and US915, adopts LoRaWAN/LoRa TDMA protocol, and is compatible with OTAA Class A/C mode. Spread spectrum technology endows devices with long-distance transmission and strong anti-interference capabilities, while TDMA mechanism increases network capacity. The default 10 minute reporting cycle balances real-time data and power consumption, achieving rapid deployment of large-scale wireless monitoring networks.
The electrode is made of corrosion-resistant and anti pollution special materials, with a service life of 1-2 years, reducing operation and maintenance costs; The electrode transmission line defaults to 5m and supports customization. Through shielding design, it ensures stable signal transmission and adapts to the signal acquisition needs of different installation scenarios, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment from the material and structural aspects.
