Product Description

ZONEWU LoRaWAN Water Quality pH Sensor

Product Features:

This product is an industrial-grade integrated online water pH sensor, specifically designed for non-corrosive weakly acidic and weakly alkaline water environments. It adopts the glass electrode method, with a measurement range of 0 to 14.00 pH, an accuracy of ±0.1 pH, and a resolution of 0.01 pH. It is equipped with a built-in Pt1000 platinum resistance, supporting automatic/manual temperature compensation, and has a temperature detection accuracy of ±0.3℃. The operating temperature range is 0 to 50℃, the pressure is ≤0.2 MPa, and it is rated for 12VDC power supply (compatible with 10 to 28V wide voltage). It supports LoRaWAN 1.0.3 protocol and LoRa TDMA self-organizing network, is globally multi-band compatible, and can be configured through local serial port or remote commands. The electrode has a service life of 6 to 12 months, and offers multiple installation methods, suitable for various online monitoring scenarios.

1. Operating Mode

The device features OTAA Class A/C dual operation modes to meet different power consumption and response requirements; temperature compensation supports automatic/manual switching for adaptive detection in complex water quality conditions. The data reporting cycle is flexibly adjustable from 1 to 65535 seconds, with a default of 10 minutes. For communication, it is compatible with the LoRaWAN 1.0.3 standard protocol and LoRa TDMA ad-hoc networking, and supports multi-regional frequency bands worldwide. Parameters can be configured locally via the TYPE-C interface, and the device can also receive remote downlink commands to complete operations such as restart and calibration.

2. Detection Principle

It adopts the glass electrode method as the core technology, which converts hydrogen ion concentration into electrical signals and further converts them into PH values through the electrode's selective response to hydrogen ions. It relies on a Pt1000 platinum resistor to collect water temperature in real time, and in automatic compensation mode, the PH data is corrected according to temperature variation rules. The electrode uses a two-point calibration method: zero calibration is performed with a 6.86PH standard solution, and slope calibration is done with a 4.00PH solution for acidic water bodies and a 9.18PH solution for alkaline water bodies. The device is factory-calibrated, and no frequent calibration is required unless the measurement error exceeds the limit.

3. Application Scenarios

It is suitable for online PH monitoring in non-corrosive weak acid and weak alkali water environments. It is mainly applied to the process node monitoring of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage treatment, providing data support for water quality treatment. It is also adapted for PH monitoring of agricultural irrigation water to guide fertilizer and water regulation, and can be used for PH monitoring of aquaculture water bodies such as fish ponds and shrimp ponds to ensure a suitable breeding water environment. In addition, it is applicable to unmanned remote monitoring of outdoor scenarios such as landscape water and river surface water.
