ZONEWU magnesium ion sensor adopts industrial grade design standards, specially designed for water quality hardness monitoring and industrial process control. The device supports DC 10-28V wide voltage external power supply and is equipped with a standard 5.5mm × 2.1mm DC power interface, which can meet the continuous online monitoring needs of 7 × 24 hours. The sensor probe is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant material, suitable for complex water quality environments; The default length of the cable is 5 meters, and it supports customization to adapt to different installation scenarios. Built in LED status indicator light, real-time display of device operation and network connection status, convenient for on-site inspection and maintenance.
1. technology
The sensor covers a measurement range of 0-1000 mg/L (or ppm), with a resolution of 0.1 mg/L and a stable accuracy within ± 3%. Support automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the interference of environmental temperature changes on measurement results. The device adopts the standard Modbus RS485 communication protocol and can seamlessly integrate with industrial PLCs, touch screens, and data acquisition systems; LoRaWAN wireless transmission module can also be optionally selected to achieve remote data reporting and cloud monitoring. The product undergoes a 48 hour aging test and multi-point standard solution calibration before leaving the factory to ensure long-term operational stability.

The sensor uses ion selective electrode (ISE) method for magnesium ion concentration detection. The sensitive membrane selectively responds to magnesium ions in water, generating a potential signal positively correlated with ion concentration, which is processed by a high impedance preamplifier and converted into a digital signal. The built-in temperature sensor synchronously collects water temperature data and automatically compensates for the impact of temperature on electrode potential through algorithms to ensure measurement accuracy. This method has the advantages of fast response, good selectivity, and easy maintenance, and is suitable for continuous online monitoring scenarios.
