The LW106D LoRaWAN Water Quality COD Sensor is an integrated online water quality detection device, which comes with a full set of accessories including a sensor collector, a COD transmitter and a TYPE-C data cable. It adopts the reagent-free dual-wavelength ultraviolet absorption method for COD detection, and integrates the three-parameter detection function of COD, turbidity and temperature. Built-in with a self-cleaning system and a Pt1000 temperature transmitter, it can realize automatic temperature compensation and turbidity interference compensation. Complying with the LoRaWAN 1.0.3 standard protocol and compatible with multi-regional frequency bands worldwide, the device operates in OTAA Class C mode. With an industrial-grade design, it can adapt to the working environment of 0~45℃ and ≤0.2MPa, and is powered by a rated 12VDC wide voltage. The electrode has a service life of 18 months, the transmitter cable supports customization, and the device features both local configuration and remote control functions, making it suitable for various water quality monitoring scenarios.
1. Core Features
It is equipped with three ranges for COD detection with a unified resolution of 0.1, adapting to the detection needs of different water quality concentrations; the modulated optical signal technology reduces visible light interference and ensures high detection accuracy; the built-in self-cleaning system reduces manual maintenance work. The sensor supports remote calibration, parameter configuration and firmware upgrade, can accurately identify abnormal sensor data, and its reporting cycle is flexibly customizable.
2. Core Technologies
It is equipped with dual-wavelength ultraviolet absorption detection technology and Pt1000 platinum resistor temperature compensation technology; adopts LoRa wireless communication and anti-interference optical technology, and is matched with RS485 and TYPE-C interfaces to achieve stable data interaction; supports online firmware upgrade, and the uplink and downlink data are transmitted in a standardized hexadecimal format.
3. Detection Principle
It realizes reagent-free COD detection based on the dual-wavelength ultraviolet absorption method, and corrects detection errors through integrated turbidity detection and temperature compensation, and filters out visible light interference via modulated optical signals; it completes wireless networking and data transmission in compliance with the LoRaWAN protocol. The self-cleaning system regularly cleans the detection window through its mechanical structure to prevent biological adhesion.
4. Application Scenarios
It can be used for the monitoring of municipal drinking water and surface water such as rivers and lakes, meeting the requirements of national water quality testing standards; it is suitable for industrial circulating water systems and sewage discharge scenarios to timely monitor water quality deterioration and discharge compliance; as a terminal sensing device for smart water conservancy, it enables unmanned remote intelligent monitoring of outdoor and remote water environments.
