1. Precision Manufacturing Process, Ensuring Product Quality
The product adopts an industrial-grade standardized production process, featuring platinum-plated electrodes at the core detection end. It offers two specifications (K=1 and K=10) to accommodate varying measurement ranges, paired with high-precision digital chips. With automatic temperature compensation across -5°C to 80°C, it ensures compliance with detection accuracy standards and strong data repeatability. The entire unit employs IP68 deep-sealed potting technology, with a casing resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, suitable for long-term underwater immersion. The circuitry undergoes SMT automated assembly, incorporates electromagnetic shielding, and supports DC10~28V wide-voltage power supply. It is compatible with LoRaWAN 1.0.3 protocol and TDMA self-organizing networks, with factory-preset triple network parameters. All hardware materials and final product quality inspections adhere to stringent standards, ensuring electrode service life of up to one year. It is designed for use in complex, wire-free field environments.
2. Minimalist Operation Method to Reduce Deployment and Maintenance Costs
The equipment deployment and operation are convenient and barrier-free, supporting both immersion and pipeline installation methods, secured simply with NPT3/4 threads. The probe must be fully immersed in water and avoid areas with silt accumulation. Upon power-on, the device automatically forms a network, with a steady green indicator light signifying successful connectivity. By default, it reports data every 10 minutes. The TYPE-C interface allows flexible adjustment of reporting cycles, frequency bands, and other parameters using a dedicated configuration tool. The calibration process is standardized, utilizing a two-point standard liquid calibration without requiring power-off or disassembly, enabling quick operation for beginners. It supports RS485 communication integration, direct data transmission to the cloud platform, and can be adapted for solar power supply, achieving truly unattended remote monitoring.
3. Standardization Precautions to Ensure Stable and Long-Term Monitoring
Before use, remove the electrode protective cover. Do not touch or wipe the platinum electrode surface with hands or hard objects to avoid scratching the blackened coating or contaminating it with oil, which may affect accuracy. For long-term storage, dry and store the electrode. Before reactivating, soak it in distilled water for several hours to reactivate the electrode. Regular maintenance is required. Clean organic contaminants with warm water containing detergent or alcohol. Treat calcium and magnesium deposits with 10% citric acid. Only chemical cleaning or gentle shaking in water is allowed; hard scrubbing is prohibited. Calibrate every 3 months, and avoid power interruptions or probe movement during calibration. During installation, secure the waterproof connector, keep it away from strong electromagnetic interference sources, and strictly operate within the specified range and suitable water quality. In case of malfunction, do not disassemble the device yourself. A 1-year warranty is provided to ensure stable equipment operation.
