ZONEWU LoRaWAN Water Quality Residual Chlorine Sensor

 

Product Features:


This integrated online detection device is equipped with an exclusive three-electrode system to eliminate signal interference from the source, featuring high measurement accuracy (±5% FS error, ±0.05mg/L repeatability error), a 12-month long electrode service life and no need for frequent calibration. It supports three detection ranges of 0-2/0-10(default)/0-20mg/L, is compatible with LoRaWAN 1.0.3 protocol and LoRa TDMA networking, adapts to global frequency bands and supports OTAA Class A/C dual modes, with a flexibly adjustable data reporting cycle of 1-65535s. Adopting industrial-grade hardware, it withstands 0-50℃, pH 4-9 and 0.6Mpa pressure, comes with a 5m customizable cable, DC5.5×2.1mm, TYPE-C and RS485 interfaces, supports local/remote control and online firmware upgrade, and is available for submerged and pipeline installation.

1. Service

We provide full-process technical support including free configuration tool download and remote guidance for network access and debugging, dedicated after-sales fault detection and repair (no self-disassembly recommended), professional electrode maintenance and replacement guidance, and continuous firmware upgrade package and operation support.

2. Production Process

It adopts integrated design to optimize signal transmission, precision-manufactured three-electrode system with standard platinum ring or optional gold ring glass electrode, industrial waterproof sealing with NPT3/4 threads, industrial-grade components through aging tests, precision integration of communication and detection modules, and high-toughness anti-oxidation cables and terminals.

3. Operation Method

Configure via Windows with CH340 driver and LoRa_config tool by simple steps; install submerged/pipeline with NPT3/4 threads and ensure 30-60L/h water flow; check power/wiring and judge status by LED daily; clean electrodes by pollution type and replace after 12 months; troubleshoot COM port, device connection, firmware upgrade and water quality parameters for abnormal data or malfunctions.
