Product Introduction:
The RS485 hydrogen (H ₂) temperature and humidity sensor is an intelligent detection device designed specifically for industrial grade hydrogen monitoring. It adopts high-performance electrochemical hydrogen gas sensors and microprocessors, combined with digital temperature and humidity sensing units, which can collect real-time and accurate data on hydrogen concentration, temperature, and humidity in the environment. The product supports the standard ModBus RTU communication protocol and can be flexibly connected to upper platforms such as PLCs, industrial computers, and data acquisition systems through RS485 bus networking. It is widely used in energy storage power stations, new energy vehicles, petrochemicals, metallurgy, laboratories, and other places that require explosion-proof or hydrogen leak monitoring.

  • High precision and wide range detection: The hydrogen measurement range is 0~1000ppm, with a resolution of 1ppm and an accuracy of ± 5% FS, meeting the majority of industrial hydrogen leak warning needs. Built in temperature and humidity sensor, temperature range -40~+80 ℃ (accuracy ± 0.3 ℃), humidity 0~99.9% RH, realizing synchronous monitoring of multi-dimensional environmental parameters.
  • Flexible and reliable communication and power supply: using RS485 interface, supporting standard ModBus RTU protocol, configurable address (1~254) and baud rate (2400~115200bps), convenient for multi node networking. The power supply adopts a wide voltage input of 5-28V DC, which adapts to various power supply environments on site and reduces deployment barriers.
  • Durable and adaptable to harsh environments: Wall mounted waterproof shell design, high protection level, easy installation, suitable for harsh industrial scenarios such as humidity and dust. The data update time is only 2 seconds, the response is fast, and with the upper and lower threshold settings, it can achieve active warning of abnormal data.
  • Convenient maintenance and calibration: Supports online modification of zero point and address/baud rate. After long-term use, zero point calibration can be performed through instructions to ensure long-term stability. The lifespan of sensors is usually greater than 2 years, so reduce the frequency of replacement.
