 Optical RS485 Immersion EC Water Quality Sensor for Aquaculture and River Monitoring

Product Introduction:

The online conductivity sensor is designed specifically for drinking water, circulating aquaculture water, and various water supply systems, integrating conductivity and TDS measurement. It uses RS-485 Modbus RTU communication and can quickly interface with third-party platforms such as PLC, DCS, and industrial control screens, providing reliable data support for intelligent water quality monitoring.


Core Advantage:

1. Accurate measurement, temperature compensation and protection
The measurement range is 0-5000 μ S/cm (TDS 0-3000 mg/L), with an accuracy of ± 1.5% of the reading and a temperature error of ± 0.3 ℃. Built in Pt1000 automatic temperature compensation, response time T90<30 seconds, detection limit as low as 2 μ S/cm, ensuring stable output under different water quality conditions.
2. Flexible installation, sturdy and durable
Adopting 3/4 NPT pipe thread, supporting water tank immersion, pipeline or tank installation, with a minimum inclination of 15 ° to meet the requirements. The shell is made of ABS/PC alloy, with a protection level of IP68, and can work in an environment of 0-50 ℃ and ≤ 0.2MPa for a long time. Standard 5-meter four core shielded wire, supporting 12-24V DC wide voltage power supply, with a power consumption of only 0.25W.
